At PawRest, we want your order to arrive safely and with clear expectations from the moment you check out.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom. There is no additional UK delivery charge at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally expected to arrive within 6 to 8 working days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, customs checks, severe weather, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Under UK consumer law, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being placed.

Order Processing

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information when it becomes available.

Tracking details may take a short time to become active after dispatch.

Separate Parcels

If an order contains more than one item, the products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first.

Should there be no useful update, contact us with your order number and we will investigate the delivery with the carrier or fulfilment partner.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs of the parcel and product, where applicable.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods sold in the United Kingdom must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
