Last updated: 12 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of pawrest.co.uk and any purchase made from PawRest.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
1. About PawRest
PawRest operates the website pawrest.co.uk and sells pet wellbeing products to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Using Our Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- misuse or interfere with the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful material;
- use the website for fraudulent activity;
- reproduce or exploit website content without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our business.
3. Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and availability are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen;
- handmade or textile products may have minor natural variations;
- measurements may vary slightly;
- product images may include styling accessories that are not included unless stated.
Goods supplied must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted, we will send an acknowledgement email. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the products.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the product is unavailable;
- pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address provided.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The total price shown at checkout will include applicable product charges and delivery costs.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. PawRest does not normally receive or store complete payment card details.
Online sellers must clearly provide key information before purchase, including price, payment arrangements, delivery details and cancellation rights.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy and during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.
7. Ownership and Risk
Risk in the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Most online customers have a 14-day cancellation period beginning after receipt of the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
9. Faulty Goods
Where products are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please contact:
Include your order number and photographs where relevant.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- apply only during the stated period;
- may be subject to specific conditions;
- may not be combined unless expressly stated;
- have no cash value;
- may be withdrawn where misuse, fraud or an obvious error occurs.
11. Reviews and Customer Content
Where customers submit reviews, photographs or other content, they confirm that:
- the content is truthful and based on genuine experience;
- they own the content or have permission to submit it;
- it does not infringe another person’s rights;
- it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or offensive.
You grant PawRest a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and use submitted content for store, marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
We may remove content that breaches these terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The PawRest name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to PawRest.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, Stripe, fulfilment providers, delivery carriers, analytics providers and marketing platforms.
Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites accessed through external links.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of statutory consumer rights;
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, PawRest is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, customs delays, natural disasters, technical failures or governmental action.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes.
